 U3535 products rely Eutectic Process eutectic solder the LED chip to the substrate or stand on advanced technology, and has high mechanical strength, thermal resistance, good stability, high reliability. Low-power LED devices mainly silver solid crystal, but silver itself can not withstand high temperatures, higher brightness, while they will be generated  heat expansion, thus affecting the quality of the product. To obtain high-quality, high-power LED,  we must develop new solid crystal  technology, one of which is eutectic process, it will die welded to heat the substrate, so that you can enhance the cooling capacity of the device, so that the relative luminous power increased.
